The service must not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, spam, malware, network attacks, or attempts to access private systems.
Payments
Prices shown on the portal apply at the time of purchase.
Payment does not guarantee a particular speed, latency, or availability level.
Refunds are considered where a payment was taken but access was not provided due to a fault with WI-FI.CX.
Privacy notice
WI-FI.CX keeps basic records so the service can work, payments can be matched to access, and abuse or lawful requests can be handled properly.
What may be logged
Device and session details such as MAC address, private IP address, access start/end times, and plan used.
Payment references such as Stripe checkout/session IDs, amount paid, and payment status.
Technical connection records needed for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and network attribution.
What is not intended
WI-FI.CX is not intended to inspect the contents of your traffic.
Logs are not kept for advertising or profiling.
Access to logs is limited to operating and protecting the service.
Records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for billing, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and service operation.
Acceptable use
Please use WI-FI.CX sensibly and legally. The service is designed for ordinary browsing, messaging, calls, light work, and short-term backup connectivity.
Do not use the service for
Illegal activity, fraud, harassment, threats, or abuse.
Sending spam, hosting malware, scanning networks, attacking systems, or trying to bypass security.
Heavy or disruptive use that harms the connection for other users.
Accessing private local networks, router management pages, or devices that are not yours.
Access may be restricted or removed where use appears unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the service.
